thank you for registering to attend the candida and candidiasis 2021 focused meeting. we hope that you are looking forward to attending the online meeting, which is taking place from 21–27 march 2021. to ensure that your online attendance at the meeting goes as smoothly as possible, we would be very grateful if you could please read the below information carefully. |
online event platform the focused meeting will be hosted on a virtual event platform provided by ‘conference compass’. we encourage you to log in to the platform in advance of the live event to set up your attendee profile and familiarise yourself with the platform. for the most stable and consistent experience, it is highly recommended that you use google chrome. microsoft edge is also compatible – depending on your browser’s security settings. please note, the platform is not compatible with internet explorer or safari. |

creating an account when prompted to do so by the platform, please enter your email address and set up a password.
the email address you use must be the same one you originally used to book your place at the
meeting.
once you have signed in, you will be asked to set up a profile, which will allow other attendees to
see some basic details about you. |

- you can save sessions that are of particular interest directly into your personal programme.
- if you experience issues with your connection, try switching to google chrome (if you are using another web browser). alternatively, close any other open applications that you are not using and refresh the page using cmd + shift + r (for mac) or shift + f5 (for windows).

event app an event app is available, which you can use to view the programme, access live sessions, view posters and network with other attendees using your mobile device or tablet. you can download the ‘英格兰vs美国谁会赢?
’ app and install the candida and candidiasis 2021 event to gain access.

programme all live sessions will be taking place on zoom, accessed via the programme in the virtual event platform. please ensure that you are using zoom version 5.3 or higher to access the poster presentations and ‘meet the speaker’ sessions. the vast majority of the live oral sessions will be made available for you to access on demand, the day after the live sessions have taken place. please note that the keynote presentations on sunday will be taking place live only and will not be made available on demand. |

posters all posters are available on the event platform throughout the event. we would be grateful if you could please give a confidential poster rating to aid the judges in identifying and selecting poster prize winners.
all e-poster presenters have been assigned to a live poster presentation session, which are taking place at the below times. presenters can find their poster number in their abstract acceptance email.
