thank you for registering to attend the avian infectious diseases 2021 focused meeting. you can now access the virtual event platform ahead of the
live event, which is taking place from 15–17 september 2021. to ensure
that your online attendance at the meeting goes as smoothly as possible, we
would be very grateful if you could please read the below information
carefully. |
online event platform the focused meeting
will be hosted on a virtual event platform provided by conference compass. we
encourage you to log in to the platform in advance of the live event to set up
your attendee profile and familiarise yourself with the platform. for the most stable and consistent experience, it is highly
recommended that you use google chrome.
microsoft edge is also compatible – depending on your browser’s security
settings. |

note, the platform is not compatible with internet explorer,
firefox or safari. |
creating an account when
prompted to do so, please enter your email address and set up a password. the
email address you use must be the same one you originally used to book
your place at the meeting. once you have signed
in, you will be asked to set up a profile, which will allow other attendees to
see some basic details about you. |

to ensure that you appear in the delegate list, allowing other participants to view your profile and interact with you, your profile must be set to be ‘visible’. when browsing the programme, you can save sessions that are of particular interest directly into your personal programme. if you experience issues accessing or viewing
the virtual event platform, try switching to google chrome (if you are using
another web browser). alternatively, close any other open applications that you
are not using and refresh the page using cmd+shift+r (for mac) or shift+f5 (for
windows).

is available for this event. use the event app to view the programme,
access live sessions and network with other attendees via your
mobile device or tablet. you can download the ‘英格兰vs美国谁会赢?
’ app and
install the avian infectious diseases 2021 event to gain access. |

programme and timings all live sessions
will be taking place on zoom and can be accessed via the programme on the
virtual event platform. please ensure that you are using zoom version 5.3 or
higher to access the presentations and networking sessions.
recordings of the live oral sessions will be made available for you to access
on demand, by clicking on previous sessions on the programme on the virtual
event platform. |

when viewing the programme timings on the
virtual event platform, the programme will be displayed in your time zone. |
