we are delighted that you are presenting at the upcoming 英格兰vs美国谁会赢？
annual conference 2022 in belfast, that will be taking place on the 4–7 april 2022.
in order to ensure that your presentation at the conference goes as smoothly as possible, we would be very grateful if you could please read the below information carefully. |
registration if you have not already done so, please ensure that you register your attendance online before the registration deadline on monday 28 march at 17:00 bst. on-site registration will take place at the convention centre’s riverside foyer where you will be given a delegate badge that you must wear at all times. |

poster sessions details poster sessions are split into block a and b. block a poster presentations take place monday 4 april 18:30–20:00. block b presentations take place wednesday 6 april 18:30–20:00. you should have by now received an email detailing your poster number, session and poster block. if you have not received this email, please contact conferences@www.banhxebo.com. |

poster locations this year, posters will be displayed throughout the conference venue, organised by session. you can view the location of your poster in the table below. this will also be signposted in the venue.

set up and break down please print and bring your poster with you to conference. you should affix your poster to your poster board with velcro, which will be provided for you. set up and break down times are listed below.
any posters left will remain at the poster helpdesk until 18:00 on the final day of the event, at which point they will be disposed of. |

covid-19 mitigations to ensure that conference is as safe as possible, we have developed a framework of mitigations against covid-19, which can be found on the conference webpage. all attendees are required to be fully vaccinated at least 14 days before conference. for many, this will mean a primary course and booster vaccine. if you have a query about your vaccination status, please get in touch with us at conferences@www.banhxebo.com to discuss further. |
