microbial genomics launch at the society for general microbiology’s annual conference

earlier this month, the society for general microbiology announced the launch of its newest open access journal, microbial genomics (mgen).

in the video below, filmed at our annual conference in birmingham, watch editors-in-chief nicholas thomson and stephen bentley and senior editor jennifer gardy discuss the journal’s scope, editorial board and use of open data.
