this year, the society for general microbiology annual conference took place from 30 march – 2 april at the international convention centre (icc) in birmingham.
feedback from attendees and the sheer number of tweets (over 3,000) that used our conference hashtag #sgmbham during the event showed what a success it was. we’ve picked out a few of our favourite tweets below so you can get an idea of what happened over those four fantastic days.
