how can you get involved in the network?
any member of the society can get involved. the network currently includes colleagues at many career stages, from phd students and early-career researchers to established academics. please email [email protected] if you would like to become a member or have any questions.
environmental impact working group
who are we?
the environmental impact working group, set up following the council’s commitment to reducing the environmental impact of the society, are a group of members championing the role of microbiology and the society’s 2022世界杯对阵分析 in meeting the challenges of climate change and sustainability.
what do we do?
the working group is tasked with developing the society’s environmental impact action plan. the action plan will include the impact of both the society as an organisation and knowledge sharing, encouraging action and supporting change for members. an external environmental consultant or consultancy will be part of the working group to provide expert knowledge and advice in the development of the society’s action plan.
